This is because we factory ordered 35 of one style of home and 15 of another, so we have multiple homes that look the same but are in fact different houses.

What forms of payment does Oklahoma Housing accept?

Preferred payment method is through Rent Management, mailed in payments are also accepted. Rent at all properties is due on the first of the month. If payment has not been received by the fifth of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be charged. If payment still has not been received by the tenth of the month, the eviction process will begin.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due by the 1st of each month, after the 5th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be issued and after the 10th eviction proceeding will begin.

Do I have to sign a lease?

Yes, a 1-year lease is required for all rentals.

Do I have to pay lot rent?

Yes, the lot rent is $275 for all locations.

Are pets allowed and if so what is the pet deposit?

Per the Community Rules, pets are allowed if they meet certain stipulations. You first must send a picture of the animal(s), to be approved by management. No aggressive breeds are allowed at the parks, and the weight limit is 50 pounds. No more than two pets per home. This is for both rental and finance.
For rentals, a $450 non-refundable pet deposit required, as well as an additional $25 monthly fee per pet. No fee is required for owner finance.

We found a home we like, how do we secure it?

First step is to apply online and someone will contact you from OK housing. Once the deposit is received you are guaranteed the home.

Does Oklahoma Housing offer financing?

Yes, fill out the online application and pay the money down. We only check for a good payment history, and conduct a background check for crimes and sexual crimes. This is a soft credit pull that will not affect your credit score.

Do I need good credit to finance a home?

Are fences allowed?

No fences are allowed in the yard, and all small buildings and dog pins must be approved by management. No swimming pools or trampolines are allowed.

Do you have specific qualifications that the trailer or RV has to meet before someone moves it into the community?

Tiny houses, mobile homes, and RVs are all allowed in the parks, but must be approved by management first. Nothing over 10 years old.
